Frequently Asked Question!

Everything is sent via UPS or USPS.

Shipping Live Goods will auto default to 2-3 day shipping. 

Non Live dry goods will be sent via UPS ground or USPS Express. We aim to go with the most cost effective / earliest arrival for our clients.

We ship Monday-Friday for all items that are not live, and for Live Goods we ship Monday-Wednesday.

We do our best to get our customers orders out as soon as possible , however, with shipping daily we do need to prioritize. Most of the time if you have your order in before 12 pm PST we can ship same day (depending on Live or Not). Otherwise if the order is in before 2 pm PST we can usually ship the following day. 

Sometimes live cultures are not ready yet and we will do our best to inform you if we need a few days. Most will ship that week (if it falls on normal shipping days) otherwise in the rare occasion please allow for 3-5 days before being sent out. 

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We usually do not run into issues besides shipping issues. Thankfully our items do not really care much about shipping conditions and our live goods are packed to withstand possible delays. However, if an issue does arise, please reach out to us. We do our best to follow all orders but sometimes we do get busy. 

Our first goal will be to send a replacement with proof of issue. If that again fails we will issue a store credit code for your next order. 

Live Good Issues: If you believe there is an issue with your Phytoplankton or Pod order, you must send photo proof to thecoralhub20@gmail.com with original packing and the way it was sent. Please include order number to help speed things up. ANY SIGNS of altered or used product is going to void any warranty. 

Even though we are a small business, we are hobbyist first. We want to do everything we can to ensure you can succeed.
